This report gives the results of MDRC’s 2009 survey of Client Satisfaction in the UK Private Banking and wealth management industries. C. Hoare & Co. and Credit Suisse Private Banking achieved the highest score for client satisfaction. Cazenove Capital Management achieved the highest score for private client investment managers.
